Already Crossed the Finish Line
I met Ralph at a job convention where he gave me practical and insightful tips for my career path, as well as sharing kind words of encouragement. I also had the opportunity to attend a Pacemaker session where I met Linda as well, and it was such a great time, being able to meet so many new people.
Williamβs interview coaching workshop was incredible. He went into details far beyond what I expected, sharing both practical strategies and personal experiences from his own career journey. Hearing about the challenges he faced and how he overcame them to secure his role was very inspiring. I appreciated how open and honest he was in discussing the realities of the job search process, while also providing clear tips that I can apply to my own interviews. His insights gave me a better understanding of how to prepare, present myself with confidence, and follow up effectively.
Getting coaching and feedback from professionals is essential when preparing for a job in North America. In todayβs competitive job market, itβs critical to have a well-prepared resume and to practice for interviews. Pacemaker supported me with resume reviews and interview coaching. They guided me through the basics of resume formatting, how to tailor it for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and what to expect during interviews. Their insights helped me approach my job search more strategically and confidently.
I met Linda at a job fair for a consulting session, and it was really helpful for improving both my interview skills and my resume, especially right before my interviews. She coached me on how to include more detailed skills and achievements from my previous companies and showed me ways to make my resume stronger. I truly appreciated her practical advice and friendly guidance, which gave me more confidence during my job search.
I had an amazing experience with this career coaching service! The coach was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in my success. They provided clear, actionable advice that helped me identify my strengths, clarify my career goals, and develop a solid plan for the future. Thanks to their guidance, I gained confidence in my abilities which I truly appreciate. I highly recommend this service to anyone seeking professional growth or considering a career change!
